She’s not just an exemplary chef and professional, she’s warm and friendly and didn’t mind my 22 month old from constantly wanting to see her. As for the food… Sophie tailored a Chinese menu to accommodate my mum’s favourite dishes, as well as some we had never had before, and each dish was a taste sensation.
